Your shopping bag

This storefront saves selected items, quantities, prices, Shopify cart and line identifiers and the checkout link in your browser’s local storage under “shopify-cart”. It remains until you remove it or the app clears an empty or expired cart. Shopify stores the associated cart; its retention must be confirmed separately. You can clear browser site storage to remove the local copy.

Products, orders and payment

Product and cart requests go to Shopify. Checkout is hosted by Shopify; information you enter there, such as contact details, delivery address and payment details, is handled through the merchant’s Shopify configuration and any selected payment provider. This storefront does not collect bank or payment-card details itself. Provider activation, merchant processing roles, retention and legal bases remain to be confirmed.

AI shopping assistant

Your submitted text and public product information are sent through Lovable AI Gateway to the configured OpenAI model to generate suggestions. Do not include sensitive personal information. No customer account identifier is intentionally added by this feature, but text can contain personal data. Processor terms, technical logs, retention, lawful basis and international transfers must be reviewed; anonymity is not guaranteed.

Analytics, accounts and newsletters

No storefront analytics tags, marketing pixels, newsletter signup or customer-account interface have been implemented. No cookie-consent mechanism has been implemented. This does not establish what the hosting platform or Shopify checkout collects: review their logs, essential cookies and merchant settings before launch and add consent controls if applicable.

Fonts and hosting

Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives browser requests including network information. Hosting and error reporting may process request metadata and diagnostic information. Review provider terms, retention and transfers, or host fonts locally if required.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and complaint to a supervisory authority. Identify the responsible authority, complete contact details and explain any consent withdrawal process before launch.
